Refunds, Exchanges & Shipping Policy

We're confident we design and sell the coolest plush toys around and we want you to share our confidence! That's why we back every purchase with a 30-day money back guarantee.

If you don't like your Sport Big™, or if it just doesn't work for you, return it. Within 30 days of receipt, products purchased from us may be returned for any reason. (We don't refund shipping costs unless items are defective.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at bigsupport@sportbigs.com. Briefly explain to us your reason(s) for requesting a return or exchange. Letting us know will help us help you! If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When we receive your package, we will credit you in the form of original payment, minus any applicable shipping costs. Please allow up to several weeks for package delivery to us, and for us to process your request(s).

Cancellations

We are not currently able to guarantee an order cancellation if your Sport Bigs™ order has shipped. Please reach out to bigsupport@sportbigs.com as soon as possible if you are trying to cancel your order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your Sport Big upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can work with you to make it right.

Exchanges

Currently, we’ve only manufactured a limited number of Sport Bigs and can’t guarantee our stock, so unfortunately, we don’t currently allow Sport Big exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping & Handling Policy

Please allow 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for Sport Bigs order processing and handling. You will receive an order confirmation and another notification when your order has shipped. Your shipping notification will include a tracking number.

Currently we are shipping to the United States with plans to expand Internationally. Shipping times and rates depend on your location and distance from Blaine, Minnesota where our fulfillment partner, Booshie, Inc. is located. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for delivery in the U.S. Please understand that USPS may take longer as there is a current influx of mail. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. 

Custom name tag orders are batch processed, embroidered, and shipped. Depending on the number of outstanding orders, your custom name tag may take up to 8-10 weeks to arrive. At this time we cannot guarantee a ship date. We will, however, be happy to answer any questions about your order and what stage of processing we are in.
